Rick Galles, Chairman & CEO - Rick has amassed a 40-year business career spanning the automobile, professional sports and real estate/ranching industries. In addition to his Chevrolet and Saturn dealership holdings in New Mexico, Rick’s history also lays claim to a major motor sports racing team, which, during its 22-year span, recorded four national championships, including the 1992 Indianapolis 500 as well as three Indy 500 runner up finishes; and the creation of the largest Cutting Horse Clinic Program in the U.S. A competitive cutting horse participant himself, Rick, and his wife, Tina, have a true love of ranching, and has owned ranch property throughout the West.

Tim Plate, President - Co-Founder of Galles Properties, Tim’s true love of the outdoors and passion for the West has led him to work in all levels of the ranching industry –from ranch management to sales and marketing.  With 18 years of experience in sports marketing, licensing and sales, he has worked with companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Delphi, Nike, NASCAR and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Tim enjoys fly fishing, hunting and golfing and is an avid cutting horse competitor and NCHA member. Tim lives with his wife Cindy and their two daughters in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Cindy Plate, Vice President of Marketing - With a dedicated in-house marketing team of professionals behind her, Cindy works hand-in-hand with brokers to create and implement marketing strategies for all of the Galles clientele.  With 15 years of experience in graphic design and international corporate marketing services, she has worked with a long list of clientele, including Valvoline, Anheuser-Busch, Starz-Encore, Tecate Breweries and Futaba Corporation.  Cindy and her husband, Tim, live in Fort Collins, Colorado, with their two daughters.
