The Latir Mountain Ranch property possesses a total of 91.21 acres of water rights with a priority year of 1885. Water rights for the ranch are tributary to the original source of the Red River and then diverted through West Latir Creek and ultimately arrive at the ranch through the Latir Community Ditch. There are three domestic well permits with corresponding well records servicing the ranch. |
